Implementation

The pivotal step after production of the consensus document will be a program of implementation of the guidelines. The document needs worldwide translations and should be made adaptable to local standards. Therefore, members of the International Working Group have been be asked to organize meetings to translate the document for local use, taking cultural and socio-economic differences into account. Also health care workers of countries not yet represented in the International working Group will be asked to take part.
